You are making too much assumptions too quickly. How do you know that only a single MOSFET is blown, and how do you know which one is blown?. When one MOSFET fails it usually becomes shorted and causes maybe a dozen parts to blow.
Also, TO-274 is not the name of any known popular package, do you mean TO-247? What is the part number or whatever is written in the transistor case? Does it contain any logo? (also useful to identify manufacturer).

Have you tried asking your questions on Rockford support forum?
http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/forum/ It seems that you don't know much about MOSFETs and amps and repairing it on your own can be quite a challange. Marek |

rockford says that is not possible buy spare parts.... is it possible?
tomorrow i ll read the number of Mos in another amplifier t20001. PS. my amplifier now is working but i want change the damaged component before is too late.... for this reason i'm sure that the component is the only damaged on the mainboard.. with the tester i have measured it and the other similar on the mainboard. the two mos are equal. the other two Mos have different values |
