I've got an Amp3 pretty much ready to go, but a manual would be great - can anoyne forward one to me at spasticteapot (at) gmail. (dot) com ?
That, and could anyone tell me how well this amplifier should run on a regulated 12v SMPS (normally, 14.4v or wherabouts is used), and how much gain I need - if any - for the preamp? |

Regarding the input voltage (and preamp gain thereby), there's some discussion that at the 41hz.com forums. Did you check the Support site there, too? You can get assembly manuals as PDF there.
Did you get the amp3 second-hand? I'm sure that Jan would hook you up with a support login if you'd ask him, he seems like a nice enough fellow. |
