It was my first and unique class-d amplifier, and for my great surprise it works…
Measurements are nice, but they don't ever include that subjective THD reducing factor you get from building it yourself

I love how everyone who prototypes a class d amp on a breadboard with no scope always say it's dead quiet. :bs:

Actually, if the bridge isn't switching right one of the mosfets can act as a constant current source .... and it really does quiet things right down.

If they're using drivers in the low to mid 80dB @ 1W/1m range for testing then it probably is dead quiet

Ok, I just have to show you the "beauty" I've had for a while now, while never getting my finger out to make a new case... ZAPpulse 2.3SE with dual mono power supplies, 500VA toroids, Schottky bridges, 2x 15000 uF RIFA PEH200 caps pr. rail, DACT CT-2 attenuator.

And yes, that is an electrician's drill bit I've use as a temporary volume control axle... Eventually, it'll be driven by a stepper motor and remote contcolled.

Here is a picture of the rear panel of my UcD180 monoblocks (only one shown). The fronpanel (not shown) is just plain black.
