Nice work guys, i might look into building a class d 5 channel soon too. Will use it with a processor.

Chips are, 4 TDA8924 modules, 3 bridged for the front 3 speakers and one in stereo mode for the surrounds.

Sound quality is pretty good, except the highs are a bit edgy.

I can't see a common clock, are you running the modules with their internal clock (not recommended in the datasheet).

Class D amps always surprise me. Its just amazing the amount of power packed into such a small board.

T-Amp from a Nodus Psyclone PSP powered speaker system, installed inside a Rat Shack Minimus 7. Power via external 13.8V brick. Speaker in terminals are now power output to left speaker.

Default Coil Pile

These are all of the coils I have tried so far. Of the shielded, cored inductors the little Wurth XXL sound the best.
