just bought a used pair of Bel Canto E-1000, any experience or sources for mods?

They sound that bad that you want to mod them already?

not at all, they have an absolute grip on the bass but im using them with the Deqx digital x-over for the mid-low and I noticed a very Icy mid, a little cold.
i heard that changing the coupling cap and some resistors in the signal path will improve the liqiudity and the presence...of the voice.
