Yes. Im sure of it. And takin a look in the FFT of the out of a SDM we can see the effect of the integrator in the modulator, including in the audio band there is a high pass filter for noise.. But in simulation, with a low pass filter setled to 10KHz the effect remains the same, the only difference is that the noise, now does not decline with low audio frequencies but remains the same for all audio band. The SNR is the same for all audio band, understand ?

While I welcome this kind of spectral distripution regarding THD of amplifiers for instance I would definitely go for the decreased SNR at low frequencies since someone with a hearing impairment would probably profit from it.
