Not recommended for new designs.....
The replacement for that chip is the TK2350. The TA3020 is being phased out.....

Look at
www.profusionplc.com see also www.41hz.com here are tripath diy kits. Amp7 is based on TA3020, AMP2 on TK2350 Thomas |
