I have to correct my statement: "In your case the load will look like 1.5 ohms so 1.5x10x10 ". Each amp "sees" a 1.5 ohm load and so tries to deliver more current but the delivered power is still 3x10x10 so 300watts so double what I had stated. So bridging does give you more power due to the wonderful specs of the UcD.

The only caveat is that you are getting close to the 1 ohm lower load limit for the UcD. You might also want to check the power and current limits for your driver so that you don't risk burning it. A stated before a single UcD180 might be enough.

I tested two 180s bridged. 440W @ 8R +/- 49V rails. I had two 100nF caps in series between the outputs.

Can you test them at 4, 3 and 2 ohms? This is where the current limiting will show. Thanks.

The pair started to limit well before 440W. 440W was the "audible" clip point. It was hooked up to an AP, and monitored with an O-scope, the point where the distortion started to increse, showed on the oscillogram as well. The I limit is somewhere between 9-10Ap.
