In the first batches of these amplifiers, the internal supply voltage was around 75V while PSU capacitors were just 63V units. That caused some capacitor failures from time to time (I replaced them with 80V types). Also, if I remember properly, the output stage is a full bridge with 2 n-channel and 3 p-channel TO-220 devices paralleled on each leg, and output current is sensed through small and thick shunts, so rail efficiency should be very high. An HIP4080 was used as a driver if my memory doesn't fail.
