I am in the middle of building a four channel amp using two amp3's. I will use this in conjunction with an active crossover to power my DIY 2way speakers. I however just read NuuK's comment on the loudspeaker forum, about having trouble with t-amps because the class-T amps change phase with freqeuncy. Do people think this will be a problem in my situation? My guess is that it will not be a problem if both drivers are powered by the exact same amp design, but will I run into trouble down the road if I want to switch to a more powerful amp to push my bass unit? I know this is all hypothetical and there is no set answer, I was just wondering if anybody had had any experience with this?
thanks Joe |
