Default Wiring Charlize

Hi,
I recently recieved a Charlize pre-wired. Everthing look sgreat except i am slightly confused about one thing.
Ther is a shielded cable that runs to the left adn right in, It terminates with 4 wires. Two coded white that go the left in and right in. Two yellow that appear to run straight from the grounds and atatched to the shielding. Ho woudl i wire this configuration to the RCA's (left and right on the free end) as only the two whites runt eh length of the cable.
Would i run two wires from the RCA grounds to the shielding or is there something i am missing here?
Thanks

Neil,
The shield wire should be connected to the RCA ground.
