Default My perfect pre-amp

Just to set up the situation. I'm thinking office/desktop environment. I've already got a headphone amp and I'm thinking about getting one of the new T-Amps from SI5. Source would be a computer.

Here would be my perfect pre-amp
1. Small size, 10 inches or less for width and depth
2. RCA input
3. Volume control
4. Two RCA outputs (one for amp, one for headphone amp)
5. Second RCA input (nice but optional)
6. One SPDIF input (nice but optional)
7. Input switch (nice but optional)
8. One LFE output for sub (nice but optional)
