Hi, to all people who are there, and willing to help me figure out some issues with this amp.
I've built pcb for 2 channel with schematic revised by pat allen and I added oc protection and those parts were altered: MURS120 is in mine desing SBYV27-200 15ns/200V irfbn23n15d -> irf640 ir2010 -> ir2110 all mm transistors are 2n as IRF suggested heatsink is electrically conected to ground. I did tested mine amp at +-25V and the main issue is that it drawns about 0.34A at +25V and 0.44A at -25V and inductors are cold, but mosfets are getting worm after 20sec not too much but . . . and frequency is 400kHz but if I try to set some lower then current drawning also drops a little bit. (0.2A and 0.3A) So I would like to hear some oppinons about this and btw I am hopeing that is not issue in mine pcb layout . . . . . |

zkaiser,
Lets start at the beginning shall we? How about you post the schematic here so we can give that a good hard look to see whether there's some issues. I've worked with the IR driver ICs before and are intimately familiar with the IR reference design class-D amplifier. Best regards, Sander Sassen http://www.hardwareanalysis.com |

IR2110 is likely too slow for switching amp application. It's a 500V HB driver therefore slower than IR2010 which is a 200V driver. Therefore get a IR2010 as in IR app note.

Therefore I don't thinking that this cousing any trouble for now.
If you look at input of IR you will see that there are some noise that shouldn't be here and I thik that this have something with power suppling . . . here is the pic. and time base is 1us/div |
