Hi.
I am trying to model a BJT and a JFET op-amp in order to calculate their impact on the performance on the integrator in a SODFA. It has passed a couple of years since I took my degree in electronics, and therefore I wonder how to interprete op-amp data in order to create a mathematical model accurate enough to calculate integrator performance. Second I wonder how integrator performance is calculated with respect to BW, risetime, offset currents and offset voltages. |
