Does anyone have an already-built OrCad library for those IRF gate drivers? namely the IR2011 devices.
I am not particularly handy when it comes to building model libraries in OrCad. Thanks in advance. |

Hi,
If I were you I'd be more interested in knowing if anyone ever got one of their models to work. Orcad comes with a few tutorials that aren't bad, took me a few hours to figure out how to do it, based on that and a few web sites. If they provide you with a model then you'll need to take the very same steps as you would if someone gave you one of theirs, may as well hit the tutorials. I don't know if you can get it working LTspice but that might be worth some thought too. Regards, Chris |
