Default panasonic SA-XR10 vs Tripath amps

Could anybody compare sound of panny model above with SI or 41HZ amp3 amps?. I would intend to use the panny with its digital inputs not the analog ones

I expect the panny to sound better but by how much? Is it worth purchasing at 7 times the price of the SI or amp3?
