Default Mounting an amp

Sounds painful!
Seriously, do a lot of reading. There is more than enough information in these threads to allow an informed decision. Then if you have further questions, please post them.

First off, they are still analogue, not digital. OK, maybe something takes PCM in and goes directly to PWM wihtout a D/C stage might be.

Anyway, one man's trash is another man's treasure. Your question is too vague.

JohnW claim, that his DIGITAL(ok, ok, just a customer's meaning) amp is coming soon, seems it will outperform any others DIGITAL.

Default Digital amp

IVX,
I have read many of John W's posts and he does know what he is doing, it should be interesting. I will forgive the "Digital" label as one needs to do this to sell product.

Default Mueta story

I don't think there is a possibility of that happening as John has built many amps that at least test fine. If he fails it will be because of lack of resources or poor marketing not technical incompetence.

I keep watching for a complete digital signal path, which conflicts with the recording industry's goal of stopping pure digital copies, lmiting silicon availabilty for DIY.

Digital from the player goes over a digital coax or fiber to each speaker where there is digital Xover, room equalization and digital amp.

I'm always curious about the current SOTA in all digital audio.
