Has anybody seen the specs on these new chips http://www.analog.com/en/prod/0,2877,AD1990,00.html

Looks interesting?

Anybody any experience with other "class D" chips Maxim Max9704 http://www.maxim-ic.com/quick_view2.cfm/qv_pk/4230

and

MPS7720 - 20W chip. - www.monolithicpower.com

I haven't checked those out, but I did come across a MOSFET gate driver from International Rectifier. They also have a reference design for a 500W + 500W class D:

The IR reference amp isn't really the best. There are better designs elsewhere on this site. IT's gate drivers are great tho!

I have used the MAXIM MAX4295 rather extensively but it is nowhere near the power level of the MAX9704. They make excellent products so if you are interested I highly suggest it!
