I haven't checked those out, but I did come across a MOSFET gate driver from International Rectifier. They also have a reference design for a 500W + 500W class D:

I'm thinking about constructing it.

The IR reference amp isn't really the best. There are better designs elsewhere on this site. IT's gate drivers are great tho!

I have used the MAXIM MAX4295 rather extensively but it is nowhere near the power level of the MAX9704. They make excellent products so if you are interested I highly suggest it!
