Default Is fully digital amp = Non Oversampling Power Dac?

I got a Panasonic Sa-XR15 on trial for a period and did not expect much (only 50W per channel 10% THD @ 50W). But it sounds very good straight out of the box even into ineffecient speakers (rogers LS3/5A - about 87 dB I think?)

My questions are - what sort of oversampling does the amp use or is it effectively non oversampling?

Does anyone know what TI equibit chips are used in this amp - TA?????.

Has anyone heard this amp and what mileage for modification is in it - I have seen the mods on SA-XR10 posted here and wonder if the same apply - battery operation, etc

John
