Big deception, all the systems i have are all toys.
Compared with class D.....they were already beated by forum designs...but now, they are beeing beated by their own market level....same price level.....a shame to others!

And this one is a very good portable, sounds nice.
Was sold yesterday....better than kick it or send them to trash!

Hi Yves, Jan-Peter,
Thank you for your comments; very interesting. You are right, Jan-Peter, about the rising THD beyond 1KHz with Class AB; perhaps the UcD is delivering less distortion which sounds a little less soft, and rounded. Perhaps I was too critical of the UcD - I apologize! What improvements can be expected with the chip and cap upgrade? Cheers, Hugh |
