I had to unplug my zappulse amp for a second... and upon re-powering up, all the detail has come back. What the heck???
I have been disappointed with it lately because it had been sounding very dull, but now it sounds fantastic again. Anyone else run into this??? |

Sounds like a static buildup problem. I have had the same issue with my P3A dac when I have taken it to shops with carpet to audition amps. I would have to pull out the power from the back and usually feel a zap, it would work fine again after that. My dac has had some mods done in the power circuit by the guy I bought it from. I will have to check his mods.
You may have a grounding issue. |
