Good high output class D design with available PCBs...

Any such projects exist with pre-fabbed PCBs available?

I don't know any serious class D projects but you can buy ready modules from two or three places.

The ICE modules can't be bought by anyone. Band & Olufsen sells only to OEM customers but still people have got hold of these modules.

I have tried the Hypex UcD180 and it seems to be everything the manufacturer says it is. Great sound, small size, little heat, easy to connect and low cost. What more can you ask.

I also use the ICE modules (I am an OEM) and they also work very well but the Hypex ones are easier to get.
