I have lightning lab china amplifier. Its 1200rms @ 2ohm and 800watts @ 4ohm.
After opening the amplifier, I notice first that the 2 diode rectifier has broken leg may due to subwoofer vibration. I thought just simply replacing the diode will fix the amp. After replacing the diode it works in my bench with computer psu with 5amps fuse but when i put in my car the 35x4 amp fuse are blown and 1 powerfet and 1 diode rectifier shorted. After replacing the diode rectifier again it will blow as soon as i turn the power with my bench psu and the diode gets hot.
8 Powerfets seems good. 4v and 12v with 1 of its leg.
2 diode rectifier 1 is blown. I check the board without diode rectifier with ac, the results where 41-42 volts with positive on outer legs and negative on center.
4 output fets seems good. No shorted mosfets.
Big caps after the diode rectifier have no shorts.
Now i dont know what else to check. Any ideas?
Diode rectifier are MUR1620CT
Powerfets are IRF3205
Output Fets are IRF8010

I just notice 2 more rectifier diode hidden. Maybe this is the only problem? I will now order the parts.
