seeking 25-30W and pre-amp recommendations

Hi folks.
Id like to build a class D amp of around 25 watts per channel. My preference would be to follow a schematic accompanied with a pcb layout or to buy a ready made pcb and source the parts myself.
Any recommendations for a high quality amp are welcome, i dont want to be deaf i want to enjoy good quality audio lol.

Ill pop up a seperate post about the pre-amp but if youve any thoughts on the elektor 2012 pre-amp id be glad to hear them.

The little blue TPA3118 mono (PBTL) boards can be had for under 2$ a piece straight from China.

Do either of those boards require modifications?

Id still like to build from scratch and follow an established design if possible. I know it'll cost more but building things is the fun part for me

The blue TPA3118 boards need one resistor removed, but that's about it, no big deal.

Some very good info scattered through that thread and i think ill change the inductors too based on that thread.
