Hypex software on MacOS?

I am considering buying a pair of Hypex PSC2.400d plate amps, but I gather from Hypex that they don't have a user interface compatible with Macs yet, nor do they have an imminent delivery date for this.

Has anyone run the Hypex software from a Mac? Did you use an emulator, or did you have to install Windows to do this?

I would be interested in people's experiences.
