Hi all,
Any thoughts/ input on - MP-303 Tube + Class D Integrated Amplifier With Built-In USB DAC ?
MP-303 Tube + Class D Integrated Amplifier With Built-In USB DAC
For the price the look and finish appeals, but what expectations could I have for actual sound?
Thanks 😉

I'm guessing the class D amp is a TPA3116. They're very cheap to buy on their own, and sound ok.

Description does not say much. What amp chip? What kind of DAC? Both amp chip and DAC can be very flavoured.
"TI eco friendly energy saving Class D" So Texas Instruments? Heatsink on top and 2x50watt might indicate a TPA3116. That would probably sound very nice with a tube preamp.
If you're going to use the DAC part, and you like that warm tube sound, it looks like a pretty good deal! I like the box. PCB, name and box makes me think about Musical Fidelity amps.

Yes, I think it looks Musical Fidelity inspired as well.
Funnily enough, if I do purchase it I would probably run my NAD CD Player via COAX into my Musical Fidelity V90 DAC and to the Amp via the L/R RCA inputs.
I assume the L/R RCA inputs would also route through the valve pre and not just the DAC in the MP-303?
