Hi IScream,
I've used ICEpower 50ASX2 SE modules in a 1U case for my four channel amp.
Those ASX2 modules are sounding VERY good.
Depending of the input source, you may need an input buffer with those modules, see post #56 on thread ICEpower 50asx2 modules :

You are right, we ALL missed what you have plugged there, in your house. You missed two channels of amplification, the lights and ceiling fan for the room, two large monitors, etc.
I guess before answering we should all go there first, to actually SEE what you don´t mention or show.
Until then, you must accept our humble guessing.
So, by the tone of your answers, and now knowing you are plugging all that into a single 15A outlet (otherwise your question wouldn´t make any sense 🙄 ) , I can easily guess your wiring:

now that I think about it, that would not be enough , maybe .....
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
please tell us what prize does the winner get ... maybe some relaxing time in your pool?

I have Audiopower.it MDA400 modules, and they are very easy to wotk with. They also have some modulat build based on their SDA400 modules.
These moduels are 120 watt in 8 ohm and doubles down til 2 ohm

What question doesn't make sense? I asked nothing related to calculating how many watts I'm using from my 15 amp circuit. I made a simple statement about pushing the limits of my 15 amp circuit then gabdx decided he needed to tell me I was wrong about how much power I'm using, in my house.
You really don't know that multiple outlets are commonly wired into the same circuit and breaker?
What you win is a pointy hat for spending more time posting pictures than you did reading.
Thank you to everyone who has made suggestions. I've been doing a bunch of reading and realized that I need to increase my budget to really get what I want.
Right now I'm seriously considering just buying the Emotiva with 4 channels, or going the NC400 route.
I also found out that I live 20 minutes from Emotiva. Which is cool because they say I can come by and listen to some equipment but not so cool because it means I have to pay state tax on anything I buy from them.

Hey, maybe these sure boards could work for you, for example this if you want all channels in one pcb. Just buy a beefy SMPS power supply (for efficiency) and put them in a good looking box. You can choose what ever high quality connectors and switches or whatever you want. Emotiva gear is awesome, but so is building or assembling your own gear.

Which boards do you mean?
I was doing some reading about the Emotiva XPA Gen 3 amps over on avs forum and they sound like they're pretty nice. But they seem to be having trouble filling orders so now I'm about 95 percent sure I'm going with Hypex NC400 modules.

Note sure if you already checked these out.
Seem to be well liked.

Sorry, maybe I hid the link little too cleverly. Here you go: Sure Electronics' webstore 4 x 100 Watt Class D Audio Amplifier Board - STA508
NC400's are nice if you don't mind the price. I would recommend also the "regular" UcD series, they are very highly regarded modules. They even share some of the ncore tech with their big brothers. Sound quality is a tricky concept, but one doesn't have to spend fortunes to find good quality amplification. Thats my two cents.
What kind of usage you're planning for your amp, if you don't mind me asking?

They do look pretty nice from the specs at the start of the linked thread.
Honestly, I'm pretty much taking the lazy way out by going with the NC400 modules and SMPS600 power supplies. Other than having to adapt the supplied cables to run two modules from a single PS, it seems about as plug n play as DIY could get. Maybe a separate circuit to put them into standby would also be nice to add.
Seems that you can't beat the specs and the idea of the amp not adding any color of its own to the sound is really appealing to me.

Ah, I looked closer and see it up there now.
The new amp channels will power the mids and tweeters in a WMTMW project I'm working on. The speakers will be active, using the DSP in JRiver MC for crossovers and EQ.
For right now I'll be running the woofers off a QSC GX3 pro amp.
I know I can probably get very similar performance for less money than the NC400 modules. But I just don't feel like I have time to go off researching and learning everything I would need to make good choices.

Yeah, I know the feeling when you just want a working system and get on with it. You cant go wrong with any of the Hypex modules. They have a decent documentation and people here will surely help if needed. Good luck with your project, it will be a killer system.
