Hello everyone,
below I have uploaded some pictures of my creation.:D

I bought an old amplifier (impact lk654) broken.:rolleyes:
I got rid of the amplifier stage, cutting the board literally:D:D, saving the STEP UP power supply ...

I modified the HIGH FREQUENCY toroidal transformers in order to obtain a dual voltage of +/- 50v ...:eek:
I made two copies of iraudamp7d-150, making some changes to the frequency of oscillation of IRS2092 for increased stability and low operating temperature.

I made the circuit with FIDOCAD and printed using the "press & pell".
the amp works fine, almost does not heat;), it is really powerful.
But as you may have noticed from the photos, I was forced to use the dual-MOSFET that have been recommended by IR, ruining the aesthetics of the circuit realized.:(
I tried a variety of MOSFETs (irfb4227, IRF540 / IRF540N, IRFZ44N, 50n06, irfp250) and I always failed.:(
Do you know a couple of SINGLE-MOSFET that can replace the original without making any changes to the rest of the chain?
Original DUAL MOSFET is IRFI4019H-117P.

Well, the IRFB4227 is almost factor two more heavy than recommended for the IRS2092. Nevertheless it is possible.

In one of my experiments the IRS2092 behaved surprisingly well, when driving the IRFB4227. Gate drive signal quality was acceptable.
Using the values as decribed below, the temperature of the IRS2092 settled at roughly 70C, with an ambient of 25C.
Gate drive resistor 6R8 and in parallel a shottky diode for turning off.
(Using a PNP instead of the diode would be even more fortunate)
Use 11V-12V supply voltage for the gate drivers, not 15V!
Edit: Here I mean the internal gate drivers of the IRS2092.
Keep the switching frequency below 280kHz.
This is fine for rail voltages of +/-70V and 4R load.
Trials with +/-82V and 4R were also working without defects on the bench, but detail examination of MosFet losses and SOA clearly showed that for this construction and 4R load any rails above +/-70V are not promising in terms reliablity.
