Default Sure STA508 4X100 with SMPS

Hello there, recently I build a 8ch. power amp by using 2x sure boards 4x100 connected to single SMPS 400W. It is my first project and glad it is working.
However the sound is very good (but still under my Onkyo 616 receiver) but I got hum nearing my ear couple inches from tweeter (power On only speakers connected). The hum almoust get 3x when connect a PC sound board to the amp (again with empty source input). Any idea how can I get this issue fixed.
PS:
I tried car ground loop isolator between PC card and amp but it just lower the frequecy of hum and doesnt fix the first issue about amp+speakers only hum
