Default Jbl eon 315 Problems "clicking sound"

Hi! :-)
I have 3x JBL EON 315 which does not work all of them have the same problem
The problem is that when you start them, their sound is just a low clicking sound "click click click" in both the tweeter and bass and no music is heard
All voltages seem ok -39v +39 and -15 + 15v and they start up like they should. The speakers has a Class-D amplifier made by Crown
The clicking sound is heard even if the preamp / mixer section is disconnected from the power amp board
Anyone who have any experience of what the problem could be?
Martin from Sweden:-)

Service manual link? Found one.
With no input or R111/211 disconnected, does it still oscillate slowly?

If it is both the horn and woofer, it must be a power supply fault as that is the common point.
