TK2050 vs TK2020

hi!

i am building a portable boombox with 2 3way car speakers and a 12V 12AH lead battery. after reading everything i could find on the internet i have to decide between two amp boards, the TK2050 or the TK2020. i want the boombox to be loud and have quite long battery time.
do you have any suggestions?

Assuming you mean TA2020 vs TK2050, the TA2020 wins hands down at 12v with efficiency. (Both have same output power)

Having taken Saturnus' suggestion and have acquired a MaxAmp20 board and hooked it up, I have to agree. The MAXIM 9744 chip is detailed, great sounding and with low power draw. I am using it on my sailboat as main system and have a TA2050 board and 12v to 24v, 3A up converter for sale if anyone is interested...
