Connex Electronics IRS2092K Kit no documentation

I have bought from Cristi too. It was ok and good documentation. But if something is "wrong" I don't like his response. It's always very angry responses in public forums.

To me that's a no go and very unprofessional for a seller, and because of this I don't buy from him anymore.

I've had the opposite experience. When I was putting together my IRS2092 kits I got a ton of support from him. The documentation is good - I simply didn't know what I was doing.

With respect to comments, I think people need to put themselves in his shoes. Specifically with respect to this thread. The dude ordered the product and Cristi shipped it. Shipping from China sucks. We all know that. And shipping to Europe sucks - way worse than the US because everything is inspected hardcore for VAT - and that takes forever. Once a paypal dispute is opened it's basically like saying "nobody is going to get this money except paypal." If the product is shipped you can't hold the seller responsible for your countries delays, to do so is wrong. For the seller to be angry that they paid for product and shipping and now have nothing is natural. Anyone would be mad. Even more so when the buyer takes the dispute online to complain about the seller who is out time and $$$.

The products I have purchased from Connex (three irs2092 kits, two power supplies, and a soft software board) have all been top notch - and I'd recommend them to anyone who has the ability to enter a tracking # into a website and be patient enough to wait for shipping.

It's Cristi who starts the aggresive tone not natb.
The products seems overall fine, but I bought 10 amplifier modules, that all had the same designfault (startup noise for a few seconds). I found out later, that others also have that noise and brought up the issue here on DIYaudio, but he kept on selling the modules without mention this in the product text.
