Default Chinese Amp boards

I am planning out a few projects and I want to know what the experience has been with these boards. How do they perform sonically and do they ever come close to their power claims.....

What would be the estimated true specs on this one with a sufficient power supply and has anyone here ever played with this particular one maybe?

You did not need to start a new thread for this - see TPA3116D2 thread. Great amp and sounds very good. Very mod-able too. Available on Aliexpress for $17.

I actually looked at that BUT it is referencing a different amp other than chip involved so I wanted to know if people had specific experience with the chinese made offerings out there. I will keep reading though.

With the amp you reference now gone we cannot see what it is. I don't think there is more than one Chinese maker of this now - YJ I think all red colored boards. The sound will be the same as long as parts are decent and they are following the reference design for the PCB by TI.

More than a few "IFs" there :-) Likely ALL the parts are fakes/clones and the likelyhood of the circuit following the Ti evaluation circuit are Slim to None.
Gee... what could they possibly cheat on? for a $17 ! Retail price point

Bare,
The folks who bought the $17 units report that the circuit appears to be the reference circuit with exception of change in inductor value of 22 uH instead if 10uH. The chip is real, why would they fake that when it is inexpensive when bought in quantity?
