Default UCD400HG Module accidently shorted to chassis earth

Hi all
I am a newbie and i was trying to move my ucd400hg modules to a new chassis.

accidently the underside of the module touched the chassis earthing point and the fuse blows off (as attached). after replacing the fuse that module HxR red LEDs still on but the blue led is off forever.

Is there any way I can check what's fried?

Any semiconductors will not take kindly to having their pins shorted or connected to AC.
Or an electrolytic capacitor being connected with the wrong polarity.
