I have just ordered a pair of DM1's from Arcaydis and plan to build a chip amp to drive them.
I'm pretty new at building amps, so far I have built a Cmoy, CmoyBB and the Amp32 from 41Hz.
I'm now wanting to make something a little larger for a bedroom sound system and so I ordered the speakers, the specs of which are below;
Frequency Response: Useable from about 55Hz in room to 20000Hz.
Power handling: 40 watts RMS. Compatible with amplifiers between 20 and 80 watts per channel.
Sensitivity: 87db @ 2.8volts @ 1000Hz @ 1 metre.
Impedance: 8 Ohms nominal.
Does the Amp5 look like a good match for these speakers? I've looked through all of 41Hz kits and it looks to be the best match to me but would just like some confirmation as I'm pretty new to sound systems.
