BIAS 12V with TIP41C from -VCC, ZPD 12V 10K to GND does this work with AUD600 ?

Hi NMOS,

yes it will work (for fsw=250KHz and above it will heat 90 degree)
For Higher rails use separate 12V/2A BIAS supply

I dont like separate 12V Bias supply, if use

Transistor 2SC5200 NPN - 15A - 230V - 150W Power dissipation

it will be safe for 110V Rail ?
