Hi ALL,
My AUD600 Rev 1.1 change to Rev 3.0 First test fsw @460KHz with IRFP250 MOSFET run cool with Mid Volume temp 50 deg. with full drive @ 4 Ohms load. ![]() ![]() Regards MANOJ |

what is the main difference with your prevision designs ? if it's possible , please give schematic to me. i'm working lots of month on class-d , still don't find a reliable design to improve and pcb designing. Regards |

Manoj,
for best result @4ohm , use 18~20uH + 470nF , the cut-off freq should be higher than 50KHz. but this values are not very good for 8 Ohm loads. Regards |
