Arjen's TA2024 MKV with bluetooth
 
Hi, has anybody tried this new tamp board from arjen helder:
Electronic Components, DIY assembled PCB's items in Helder HiFi store on eBay!
I didn't know there was such feature with amps and bluetooth, does this mean it's all digitall from the source? I can't quite figure whats the bluetooth process (digital /analaog) between the source (eg Ipad) and the amplifier.

Bluetooth audio is always digital but it's always a bit compressed format. MP3, AAC and other supported format are transferred directly and decoded in the reciever to an analogue output. Analogue audio, SPDIF, or other unsupported formats are digitized or transcoded to the SBC format (similar to mpeg-1 layer 3, or just MP3) in the transmitter.

Please be aware that Bluetooth Audio is not a streaming format. There is currently no way to sync multiple recievers.

Hay, anyone used this BT amp yet? Was just wondering how do you switch between BT and line-in on the MKV?

Or is it auto - cuts off line-in when BT connection is made?
