Hey guys,
got my TA2020 today and went to run it on my battery for a 12v system, apon doing so whilst being half asleep i connected it to the wrong polarity :'( and so POOOOOOF, POP & SSMOKE opened it up and saw the main power supply capacitor was popped and so went around to loads of shops and the closest i got was a 35v 3300uF car amp capacitor which i fitted and just tried the amp again. On the multimeter it showed 12.5 volts on the cap and so i thought it would be okay, went to play music and NOTHING the blue LED's come on and there is power going in and out the main IC however no sound is emerging? Can anyone help me on this? Thanks SO much in advance! Curtis
