Default Soundking AE72G TDA8950

Hi.
I have the Soundking AE72G with no output. Preamp is ok (I see signal coming into power amp board). Power amp is made with TDA8950th. I think the problem is in this chip (Checked supply, inputs, outputs and mode nodes). I see signals on inputs while outputs are about negative supply rails. Can I check something else? Can someone send me the schematic of this amp?
Thanks

If you are getting the supply of negative rails on output then....your chip is in a dilemma of being smoked....replace it...it will get your job done...

I have similar thoughts. As far as I can see in the manual the chip has different types of protection. Is it common that they do not work?
