Soundking AE72G TDA8950

Hi.
I have the Soundking AE72G with no output. Preamp is ok (I see signal coming into power amp board). Power amp is made with TDA8950th. I think the problem is in this chip (Checked supply, inputs, outputs and mode nodes). I see signals on inputs while outputs are about negative supply rails. Can I check something else? Can someone send me the schematic of this amp?

If you are getting the supply of negative rails on output then....your chip is in a dilemma of being smoked....replace it...it will get your job done...

I have similar thoughts.

As far as I can see in the manual the chip has different types of protection. Is it common that they do not work?

no ....u should never get negative supply on output.....i denotes that ur chip is dead.....i have 3 of it burnt......
