Does anyone know what I can use to replace a UF1620CT diode with? I cannot find a cross reference or even the same number part available online. It goes in an Infinity REF1600A class D car amp. I called Digi-Key and talked to a tech there that suggested MUR1520GOS as a replacement. However this is a 2 leg and the UF1620CT is a TO220 3 leg. If it means anything, the circuit board is marked D30 & D31 with arrows pointing inward.
