irs2092 mosfet bridging considerations

Hi I'm working on irs2092 based amplifier.
I got the amp working great in Half bridge mode at 40vdc giving around 180W@4ohms as expected.:whip:
MOsfet : IRFB4212

I read this things about Full-bridge:

  • The output power increases 4times in Full-Bridge.
  • There is a minimum LOAD to work with.
  • Mosfet Vds 1.5times for safe,How It's working at 40volts , in Full-Bridge it will be 80volt,so I have to choose a proper mosfet to deal with.
  • The Load Impedance is seen as a half of total load by the mosfet

What considerations should I have to make it work in Full-bridge mode ?

I would like to get around 400W@8ohms. and 400W@4ohms.
I can control the Voltage rails by microcontroller.

Could it be posible to use it with 4-8 ohms Load? or what should I do ?

I have some IRFB4020 mosfets

With sufficient output filtering it shouldn't be a problem.

Ty!

I'm just using the second order filter.

Sync terminal added.

I have some IRFB4020 mosfets.

This will be the prototype, It also include the basic protections.
DCP.UVP.OVP.

Decoupling capacitors as closes as posible.

470uF electrolitic
1uF ceramic
0.1uF ceramic
