Help finding high power class d mono amp (not 12v)
I'm having trouble finding something that should be easy. A class d mono low frequency amp that runs off wall current; 120 or even high amperage 240 (like a dryer outlet) would be okay. In car audio they're the status quo for high power, but all I can find in the home/pro realm is the okay but not great Dayton SA1000, and it's surprisingly class AB, although the alleged ratings are pretty high and given efficiency is 86%.

Even looking through forums where people are running big setups using large low impedence drivers, they seem to all be using full range two channel qsc/crown/etc rack mounts. I would really rather have something that is meant specifically for a single high power subwooofer, not a full range amp.

If not, any opinions on the dayton? It doesn't seem terrible for the price, but I don't like that it only goes down to 4 ohms and that it's repution is questionable. The crown's sound like a pretty good second choice but they seem to have some inflated numbers for running on household 15 amp power. I'm not really looking for anything exotic/custom (eg reckhorn) if I can avoid it.
