JL 1000/1 V1 Has power but Low ohm light is on with sub and rca's unplug off amp

Hi i have a JL amp 1000/1 slash amp v1. I put power to it and the green light for power is lit up and it has low ohms light lit too, so i hooked up rca and subwoofer and i hear is a humming or high pinch noise i unplug the rca and it still does it so then i turn the ignition switch off and i hear the noise start to die down vary slowly hear a sound like a old computer shutting down lol but anyways you can still hear music but its hard to hear with that high pinch noise. so any help would be nice thank you Joey
