Bought the ta2020 off Amazon (came with power supply, I know some had trouble with that but that had to be b/c they didn't order from partsexpress or Amazon who fulfills for them). Never even heard of these small amps before, was looking for new computer speakers and almost went with the Gigaworks t40 setup but came across Lepai. Ordered some Sony BS1000 bookshelfs for it. I am beyond impressed, can't believe how loud this amp can crank them, just nice clean power. Just over 80 bucks for amp and speakers, hell of a bargain for the sound.
Looking forward to modding this one too, liked reading about everything you can do to the ta2020. Last edited by surfaudio; 5th May 2012 at 01:55 AM. |
