HIFIMEDIY connected to relay board, damaged relays

I have 4 T1's and I connected them to a sainsmart 4-relay board, 4-Channel 5V Relay Module for PIC ARM AVR DSP Arduino MSP430 TTL Logic
I plugged it in and began switching on and off each amplifier, it worked fine for about a minute. Then the relays stuck on and seem to have welded together. There is no load on the amps at all, so there should not have been much current, besides, the relays on the board are the same as the relays on the amps so I'm sure they are rated high enough. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there a lot of transient voltage or inductive kickback on the Vin of the amps? Any idea how to prevent this? Diode, varistor, etc...?

In case anyone asks how it's wires.... the SMPS300R ground is tied to the grounds of the 4 amps. The + goes to the relays. Then each amp's + goes to it's own NO relay pin. The relays coil is being triggered by an Arduino. The coil is getting voltage, just not doing anything because I believe the relays are stuck.

Does the amp have a lot of inrush current? I notice a large spark if I connect it live, yet my meter never shows anything significant.
