So i've been reading the other posts and it looks like i have a couple of bad IRF540 transistors (among other things) in my JL Audio 500/1 the problem is when I try to purchase them all i can find are the IRF540N. I've been reading that these are not a good substitute, so can someone tell me where to get the right stuff and preferably a part#. Thanks for you time

try seach at digikey, mouser, futureelectronics. or u can replace it with IRFB4710.
