Any good articles on Amp design?

Just wondering if anyone has any links to some good articles that explain a little more about amplifier design and the anatomy of amplifiers.

I've just built a little TA2020 and I'm about to embark on a 6 channel with a built in DTS decoder.

I'd like to learn a little more about the makeup of an amp (capacitors, output coils, filters etc) and how choices in these areas effect the end sound quality.

I could do with some very basic level explanation to help me get more out of the more in depth and technical articles. At the moment it's still all alchemy and witchcraft to me.

Class d can be highly complex.
You are probably better looking into class AB and A first to get a grounding.

Class D is critical about pcb layout, decoupling and filtering.

Pick a controller chip or two and have a look at the vendors web site, there will be plenty of relevant advice, mainly on layout which is critical and is not a bit like analogue amp layout.
