Help!!!

- I try make this amplifier, but got very noise, i change CAP C9 = 1mf x 250v in output filter and get a little reduction of noise, i use BC337 and BC327 instead 2n5551 and 2n5401 and use IRF9630 and IRF640 pair in output.
Please,,, any ideas?

I habe built this amp several time but only issue i m facing is that bd139/140 heats up very fastly and get very hot as amp is pushed to limits.
Has anyone faced such issue and if yes then what is the remedy. I m using the same design as in the first post. No changes. And i guess everyone uses the same.
Thank you in advance if anyone can help
